PACKAGE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ISSUES:
*TREND ALERT* A trend has been identified that many packages are being directed to Florida before they make their way to all the other states.
For issues regarding your package shipping and delivery please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777, you should've received an email with your tracking information, please use this for your reference. You can create a case with them and you will hear from them in less than 48 hours with info about your package. Unfortunately, we don't have more information about your package than what's online on the USPS website.
Virgo & Gem can't create cases or contact USPS in regards to individual packages due to a high volume of orders affected by their delays and because they may need information that we don't have about you. It would delay assistance since we will have to e-mail you and wait for your response.
All orders up to Sunday Dec 28, 2020 have been shipped, if your order was placed before that date and still shows it's in Pre-shipment, don't worry, your package is on the way but the USPS didn't scan it. We have seen packages being scanned when they arrive to the local post office and even when they are delivered.
