It hasn't been delivered & I needed it last Thursday so my opinion is very low.

We're truly sorry your order didn't arrive in time for your event. We completely understand how disappointing that must have been, and we would have felt the same in your situation.
As a small family-owned business, every order and every review means a great deal to us. That's why it was especially disheartening to read your review, knowing we processed your order promptly and handed it over to FedEx on June 29 after it was placed on June 27.
When you reached out to us on Sunday about the delay, we responded within two hours and immediately contacted FedEx to see if there was anything we could do to help. Unfortunately, because of the carrier's privacy and security policies, they weren't able to provide us with additional information or make changes on our behalf and advised that the recipient contact them directly.
We're genuinely sorry that your first experience with Virgo & Gem was affected by a shipping delay that was outside of our control. We work very hard to provide quality products, fast shipping, and responsive customer service, so it's disheartening when a carrier issue overshadows those efforts.
If your package arrives and you're happy with the products and the service you received from us, we hope you'll consider updating your review to reflect your overall experience. It would truly mean a great deal to our small business.

I love these liquids. After the company I used to buy liquids from, changed their formula; I started looking for different liquids. These are stronger and last longer than the other ones I’ve tried. I keep my nails fairly long and still all able to keep a set on for 3 weeks.
I've been using Virgo & Gem liquids for years. The bundle is a great value! My nails last at least 3 weeks. I'm rough on my hands
These are the best liquids I have tried and have been doing dip powder for 4 years now and have tried probably 5 other dip liquids. Goes on so smooth I hardly have to file. Perfect consistency- not too thick not too thin. Top coat is super shiny. Can last up to 3 weeks but I do every 2. Really is the best!
Works great. Lasts longer than other brands I have used.
